Deliver, Shipment & Installation Services
At 5CORNERS, it is our goal to deliver your purchases in the most economical way possible. We – together with our courier service partners - review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Whether by parcel or truck, we give you two options to deliver your purchases to your home:
- In house Delivery with Assembly (Metro Manila only):
5CORNERS can deliver your purchases direct to your home and provide basic installation/assembly service at a minimal charge. Charges primarily based on the distance of destination, size & weight of the purchased items. For delivery charges, please ask our in store sales staff or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery days within 2-3 days from date of purchase.
- Courier Service (Nationwide): We can also arrange home delivery thru our reliable courier service partners. We have identified recommended courier companies in specific regions of the Philippines and thus, we will use them according to your area. Shipping charges are primarily based on the size and weight of your purchased items. Deliver days vary from 1 day up to 7 days (*Air freight: 1 day only; Sea Freight: 7 days)
Whether In-house delivery or courier service, we believe that it is the best interest of our clients to automatically choose the home delivery service that provides the cheapest cost available.
For big purchases (i.e. 5 kgs and above), shipment will be done thru sea freight as we believe that this is the most economical way for our clients.
Please note: All shipping charges include handling, order processing, packaging and transportation of items.
We accommodate online orders and are able to ship all of our products nationwide. Whether you want to buy furniture from the comfort of your home or you live abroad and want to buy something for your family in the Philippines, you can do so easily with us. Ordering from 5CORNERS is safe and easy. Just follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Submit Order
From our product gallery, choose the products that you are interested in and place your order through email@example.com.
Step 2: Order Confirmation.
We will directly contact you with 2-3 days to confirm availability of your orders, provide delivery options and payment details.
Step 3: Payment
Once orders and mode of delivery are confirmed, please make payment to bank account provided. Kindly inform us through our email, firstname.lastname@example.org, once payment is made so we can check and confirm.
Step 4: Delivery
After confirming receipt of your payment, we will send your order either thru Direct Delivery (MM only) or Courier Service, whichever mode of delivery you chose. You can have your order delivered by parcel or truck.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders and arrange shipment or delivery. Delivery or shipment time may vary from 1 day to up to 7 days, depending on mode of transport. You will be informed once orders have been shipped out or scheduled delivery. Should there be changes, you will be advised accordingly.

Returns & Refunds
At 5CORNERS, we stand firm in our dedication and commitment that all products that leave our stores or warehouse are carefully inspected, ensuring that they are in good condition before we give or deliver to you. We encourage you to carefully inspect your purchases as well upon receipt of your purchase.
We hope for your understanding that we can only accept returns & refunds for purchased items that are found damaged and/or defective. Returns & refunds may also apply for ordered purchases that are not completed.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact 5CORNERS at 4372711 within 3 days of delivery and return the defective item within 15 days of delivery. We can only accept damaged/defective purchases within this period. Kindly provide the Proof of Purchase (Official Receipt or Sales Invoice) and return unused items in its original packaging. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable as service has been incurred, and return shipping fees may apply.
